A second home in Cap Cana, on the Costa del Sol, or on the Yucatán coast, bought from the US without flying blind. Three corridors I work directly, with vetted developers, in English or Spanish. Financing options vary by project; Ciudad Maderas starts at 10% down.
Live in it, or let it work. Same projects, different math.
Most people who buy abroad with me want one of two things: a place their family flies to, or an asset that pays while it appreciates. Pick your lane; each one gets its own call.
LIVE IT
The place your family flies to
Winters on the Costa del Sol, a Cap Cana terrace over the water, a lot in the Yucatán where the house you actually want gets built. Bought from Orlando or Milwaukee without flying blind.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY BUY
Morning coffee on a terrace you own
Your family lands three hours after takeoff
Winter in the sun while Milwaukee scrapes ice
The group chat that says: we're at the beach house
A key in your pocket, not a resort wristband
INVEST IN IT
An asset that pays while it appreciates
Pre-construction pricing, developer payment plans, and rental demand in three markets I work directly. You see the real numbers, not the brochure numbers, before you commit a deposit.

DURING CONSTRUCTION
Staged payments
AT DELIVERY
Balance, keys, rental-ready
A typical developer plan; every project publishes its own schedule, and qualifying DR projects add CONFOTUR tax relief. You hold the real price list before any deposit moves.
THE OFFER
One desk between you and the developer.
Three corridors, one broker, no middle layer you have to chase. This is what happens when you raise your hand.
01
20-minute corridor call
Which country, which project, what it really costs from the US. You leave with a shortlist, not a pitch.
02
Developer intro, same day
Current price list and payment plan straight from Higuerón, Bonita Beach, or Ciudad Maderas, with my name on the introduction.
03
Visit with someone on the ground
When you fly, I or a partner meets you at the project. No wandering a sales office alone in a second language.
04
Two languages, US hours
Contracts, counsel, wires, and questions handled in English or Spanish, from Florida and Wisconsin, on your schedule.
EVERY PROJECT
Vetted projects, all three corridors.
HOW IT GOES
From a call to keys, without flying blind.

The call
DAY 1
Twenty minutes on what you want it for, your budget, and your timeline. I tell you which corridor fits and which does not.
02
Shortlist and developer intro
SAME WEEK
Two or three projects with real price lists and payment plans, plus a direct line to the developer's team.
03
See it, virtually or in person
WHEN YOU ARE READY
3D tours and walkthrough videos first. If you fly, someone meets you on the ground.
04
Reserve and close
CONTRACT TO KEYS
Reservation, local counsel, title, and the wire, coordinated from the US side so nothing depends on a time zone.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions I hear a lot.
Yes. Foreign buyers can hold registered title in their own name in the Dominican Republic, including in Cap Cana. The process runs through local counsel and the country's title registry, and I never treat that step as optional. I coordinate it directly with the developer's legal team and walk US buyers through what to expect, in English or Spanish.
Yes. US buyers purchase in Spain regularly, and the Costa del Sol is one of the most established markets for it. You will need a foreign tax number, a Spanish bank account, and local legal representation, all of which Pedro coordinates as part of the international desk before you commit money to a project.
It varies by project, and Pedro states that plainly rather than promising a blanket program. Ciudad Maderas in the Cancún and Yucatán corridor starts at 10% down. For each project on this page, ask about the current payment structure directly, since developer terms change between phases and pre-sale windows.
Three corridors, all worked directly rather than referred out: Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, the Costa del Sol in Spain, and Cancún and Yucatán in México. Pedro filters the projects before they reach this page, and if a corridor has nothing worth showing that month, the page says so.
No, and most buyers do not on the first pass. Pedro sends the full project file, the developer background, the payment schedule, and video walkthroughs, then arranges a site visit when you are close to a decision. Call or text 414.712.6275 to start with the file, not the flight.
BUYING FROM THE US
Not sure which corridor is yours? That is the first call.
Tell me what you want it for, your budget, and how often you would fly. I tell you which corridor fits, which project, and what it really costs from here. No pressure, in English or Spanish.
