reThought is the brokerage for agents producing $1M to $3M who are done winging it. Live training every Tuesday. A broker who answers the phone. Systems that make your income predictable.
NO PITCH. NO PRESSURE. AN HONEST CONVERSATION ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU'RE GOING.
If that's you, the next five minutes will feel uncomfortably familiar.
SOLD#REELEVATEDyou.realtor Another one closed. Grateful for my clients. On to the next one.
That's not a business. That's a high-stakes guessing game.
Think about what you've actually had to work with:
Every system you run is one you had to figure out yourself.
A CRM you pay for but were never taught to use.
A feast-or-famine income cycle you keep patching with more effort.
No scoreboard that tells you what's working and what isn't.
And the heaviest one: you're doing all of it alone.
Talent got you here. But talent alone doesn't compound. Systems do. And nobody has handed you the system yet.
Most agents at $1M to $3M aren't missing motivation. They're missing structure. A real training rhythm. Real accountability. A broker who actually shows up.
That's not a slogan at reThought. It's the calendar. Every Tuesday. Every week. Live.
Not recorded. Not optional. Real coaching tied to what you need to produce right now.
Built to take you from stuck to system-first, one week at a time.
Pedro Rivera, active in two markets, invested in yours.
Weekly reports, AI coaching feedback through reKo, growth tracking. You always know where you stand.
Marketing, production, prospecting, and analytics. Not just access to tools. How to actually use them.
English and Spanish. Not an add-on, part of the culture.
Agents building together, not competing against each other.
Milwaukee and Central Florida, running the same proven playbook.
reThought is a brokerage, not a team. It's your business and your brand. Joining my personal team is a separate, optional door for agents who want reps inside my pipeline first. Same broker, same Tuesday rhythm, two speeds.
Your business, your brand, your independence. reThought puts the structure underneath it: the Tuesday rhythm, the 48-week curriculum, the reElevated accountability system, and a broker who answers.
For agents who want reps before independence: work inside my pipeline while you build yours. My listings, my open houses, my buyer consults, with me in the room. Faster first deals and a clear path to your own book when you are ready.
Pick a time that works. Come as you are, numbers and all.
Pedro walks through where you are, where the gaps are, and whether reThought is actually the right environment for you. If it's not, he'll tell you.
If it's a fit, you plug into the Tuesday rhythm, the 48-week curriculum, and the accountability system. And you stop building alone.
Every Tuesday we show up and build in four areas. Not access to tools. How to actually run them.
A personal brand that attracts clients without chasing them. Content systems, social automation, lead capture, and ad strategy. Built once, running always.
A pipeline where nothing falls through the cracks. CRM workflows, Smart Plan automation, follow-up sequences, and transaction management that keeps every deal moving.
Data, AI tools, and digital systems to find the right people faster. Less cold, more targeted. Less guessing, more converting.
Read your numbers and decide from them. Weekly reporting, performance tracking, and coaching feedback through reKo, so you always know what to fix.
Pedro Rivera is the broker and owner of reThought Real Estate. A nationally recognized Latino broker and NAHREP leader, featured by Top Agent Magazine and the NAHREP Top 250. He built reThought in Milwaukee in 2019 and expanded to Central Florida, working toward becoming Central Florida's leading bilingual brokerage.
He's not a figurehead. He prospects, he lists, he trains every Tuesday, and he builds the systems his agents run on. When you join reThought, you're not joining a logo. You're joining a builder.
The plan I run with every agent who joins: what to do each week from license to a full pipeline, with the scripts and the numbers. English or Spanish.
Milwaukee and Central Florida are not two offices doing their own thing. One culture, one curriculum, one accountability system, deployed in both. Pick the desk closest to you; the Tuesday room is the same.
No. reThought is a brokerage, not a team. It's your business and your brand. We bring the structure, training, and systems underneath it, and you keep the wheel. Joining Pedro's personal team is a separate, optional door for agents who want reps inside his pipeline before going fully independent.
You've been winging it long enough to know it works just well enough to keep you stuck. The agents who break through aren't the ones who work the hardest. They're the ones who build the smartest systems, with people who show up for them. No pitch. No pressure. Dale.
Everyone above this line already has a license. If you do not, this is your page. Three things, all free, before you pay a school, a board, or a brokerage a single dollar.
Talk to a licensed agent who has been where you are. Plan your first 6 to 12 months before you start paying for anything.
Approved online schools, study tips, and exam prep. Less guesswork, faster to license.
We help you prep your brand, your tools, and your mindset while you study. Day one as a licensee, you are already working.
Mentorship, school guidance, and the launch plan cost nothing. The state exam and the school are yours to pay, and I will tell you which ones are worth it.
