This historic duplex was designed and built in 1893 by the renowned architect, B. Kolpacki in the Front-Gabled vernacular style. By the early 1890's this neighborhood was booming, given it's proximity to downtown and the nearby university, and by the fact that it was served by the city's electric streetcars.
