Here's the problem... Freshly painted homes with updated kitchens, updated baths, a newer roof and A/C, a 7,000+ sq. ft. lot, NO HOA, and an established neighborhood usually don't stay a secret, especially when most big-ticket items have been addressed: (plumbing drainage, water lines, etc.) So, what's the catch? There isn't one. This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath homes gives you the updates you want, the yard you've been searching for, and the freedom to make it your own, all without paying for someone else's "luxury" amenities. The only real question is.... will you see it before someone else does?
